OVERVIEW

Asadi Lewis Dentistry is a modern dental practice located in two central areas within the GTA. They serve comprehensive dental to patients of all ages. Asadi Lewis has recently developed a new website with educational information, services provided, and automated request forms.

OBJECTIVE

Asadi Lewis does not have any social or digital presence outside of their new website but hopes to engage new potential patients through online activations, improve online review numbers, and increase customer retention. Our team assisted Asadi Lewis in providing interactive media recommendations utilizing digital media to attract new patients, improve patient engagement, and showcase the clinic's services and expertise in the dental industry.

We have conducted a competitive analysis and reviewed the online presence of dental practitioners within

(a) Bramalea City Centre, Brampton

(b) Toronto, Canada.

With the analysis, we have identified the following gaps:

- Increase website traction through cross-channel marketing.

- Opportunity to drive reach and engagement by providing engaging information in social media channels.

- Use virtual tours, doctor’s profiles, and actual clinic photos on websites to build the trust of potential customers.

- Highlight the existing reviews and create a continuous review system.

- Real-time information for booking processes.

DESIGN

Provide recommendations featuring engaging content to boost online presence.

- Social media should have visible information, including location, contact number, services, link to website

- Post engaging content varying from highlights, static posts, reels, and Instagram stories.

- Enhance the Services page to include a quiz for symptoms and sliders for transformational photos
